By downloading, installing, or using Arrow Escape Puzzle ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
All in-app purchases, including virtual currency, items, and premium features, are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE upon successful digital delivery, except as required by applicable law.
Before completing any purchase, you must actively check an explicit confirmation box stating "I agree that all sales are final." This mandatory action constitutes your irrevocable acknowledgment and acceptance of the no-refund policy.
Your failure to read these terms before confirming a purchase does not invalidate the transaction.
Non-consumable purchases (such as Remove Ads) may be restored on the same Google account via the Restore Purchases option in the Settings menu. Consumable purchases (such as undos or skip levels) are not eligible for restoration once consumed.
Any purchase confirmed via Google Play's native authentication systems — including biometric verification (fingerprint, facial recognition), PIN entry, pattern lock, or Google Account password — constitutes a legally binding, authorized digital signature.
You expressly acknowledge that biometric or credential verification represents a secure, intentional, and authenticated expression of your consent to purchase. Claims of "accidental purchase," "unauthorized use by a minor," "unintentional transaction," or "device theft" are expressly waived once biometric or credential authentication is completed.
You assume full responsibility for the security of your device's authentication methods. The Developer bears no liability for purchases made through your device's authentication systems.
The Game automatically records transaction telemetry data, including: device identifiers, IP addresses, timestamps of checkout checkbox validation, transaction success tokens, in-game item delivery confirmations, and item consumption logs.
In the event of any payment dispute, fraud report, or chargeback, the Developer reserves the right to compile and share complete behavioral telemetry data packets with Google Play, merchant banks, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and relevant financial institutions for the sole purpose of challenging and defeating fraudulent or unauthorized dispute claims.
You consent to the release of this telemetry data to third-party payment infrastructure providers for transaction validation and dispute resolution.
If a transaction is voided, reversed, or charged back after digital items have been granted, the Game will automatically deduct an equivalent value of virtual currency or items from your account.
If the virtual currency or items have already been consumed, your account balance will reflect a negative deficit. Access to premium features and gameplay may be restricted until the deficit is fully settled.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with unresolved negative balances.
All content, graphics, code, and assets within the Game are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Game.
You agree not to: (a) exploit bugs or glitches; (b) use cheats, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools; (c) engage in harassment or abusive behavior; (d) attempt to disrupt the Game's services or servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class actions. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Developer's principal place of business.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
